{bridesmaid treats}

this is SUCH a pretty card don't you think? i was struggling with creating something decent and my talented sister came to my rescue! it's a card meant for my bridesmaids, for them to decide on a single color palette (yup, i'm sort of giving them a choice. heh. )i love love LOVE the damask detail on the left. it's just like my invite. BUT, this is just 1 part of the package y'all. more to come!

I've been putting on hold the bridesmaids project for too long. It's constantly on my mind and I love it that I came across this. It's just so apt for my sister who's gonna be my maid of honor.

I have a huge d-i-y project underway. Bought orange paper bags (my wedding color/autumn palette), huge triangular ruler, penknife, colored papers over the weekend. Hopefully somethin nice will be churned out for my bridesmaids. & these cards are just fabulous.

jcrew goes to greece.

i love greece. there's something about turqoise waters and white washed structures with blue domes. jcrew's latest wedding collection fashion spread was shot in the greek isles, and of course, i couldn't resist and HAD to put 'em up here. i love the soothing yet vibrant, spring colors.
